Are we able to walk in to purchase?

Yes, you can! :) However, as our items are subject to availability, it would be best to drop us a message or call us at 8909 5075 / 8938 9557 / 8504 7557 before coming down to ensure that the items you want are available!

Delivery

When will my delivery arrive?

Your orders will arrive within 1-3 working days, from Monday to Saturday between 9am-6pm. We do not deliver during Public Holidays e.g. Christmas Day, New Years Day

Self Collection

Are we able to self collect the items?

You are welcome to do so!

Upon selecting “self collect” at checkout we will arrange a date and time slot for your collection.

How long will it take?

We typically prepare orders within a day and you will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.

Exchange/Refund

Do we accept returns for damaged or incorrect items?

If there are any damaged or incorrect items in your order, please email us at hello@jnl.sg and we will work at resolving it as quickly as we can.

Do we accept exchanges after purchase?

Due to hygiene and contamination factors, we do not accept the exchange of items after purchase as they are food packaging and food supplies. Thank you for your kind understanding!
